Ottawa will celebrate its first major sporting championship in 40 years when the Grey Cup parade makes its way though the Glebe Tuesday afternoon.
Fans are invited to meet at Bank Street and Pretoria at noon to join a half-hour march to the Aberdeen Pavilion at TD Place for a celebration that’ll include a DJ, a marching band and remarks from team officials and players. The parade will start near the Queensway and head straight down Bank Street, with police providing rolling street closures along the route.
Cars parked on Bank will not be allowed to move for the duration of the parade. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
